In honor of Historic Garden Week in Virginia
I share these photos of Kenmore, in Fredericksburg. A good friend recently visited there and was kind enough to take these photos.
Kenmore was built by George Washington's sister Betty Washington Lewis her husband Fielding Lewis in 1775-76, on a 1300 acre plantation.
