Virginia Furloughs
Virginia Governor Bob McDonell wants to make state employees work four days a week to save money. Most other state governors are still trying to get their government employees to work one day a week.



Social Security Rush
The number of people filing for Social Security disability payments is soaring to record levels. Coincidentally, most of them say they got injured while standing on the unemployment line.



Prius Beats Volts
The new plug-in Toyota Prius will cost $10,000 less than the Chevy Volt... and that's before you bring in the Volt for its first 15 or 16 recalls.



Crime Rates Fall
Crime fell 5% in the U.S. last year... mostly because all the criminals are now in Congress.



Hospital Union Votes
43,000 hospital workers in California are voting whether to join a union... because patients in California really need to wait get their bedpans changed while their orderlies are on a break.
